THE CONTEXT
Jax contacted us wanting to propose to Suzanne on the French Riviera without her knowing. She thought they were coming to Èze for a weekend away. We arranged the full setup: photographer, violinist, garden pavilion overlooking the Mediterranean, and a spa appointment to keep her occupied while we staged everything.
One day in Èze. The goal was simple: keep her unaware while we staged everything, time it to sunset, capture the moment she realized what was happening.

THE SETTING
1 day / 1 night:
• Èze: 1 night at five star property (medieval hilltop village, Mediterranean views, two Michelin star restaurant)
• Timing: Late afternoon arrival, spa diversion, sunset proposal, celebration dinner
KEY MOMENTS
The spa diversion. After they arrived, we had him suggest a spa treatment. She went. This created the window we needed to set up the garden pavilion with the florist, position the violinist, and get the photographer in place.
The letter. When she returned to the suite, she found an evening gown and a handwritten note from Jax asking her to meet him at sunset. Our assistant helped her dress while he took position in the garden.
The proposal. She walked through the garden path. Violinist playing, photographer hidden. When she arrived at the pavilion, he was waiting under stone arches with the Mediterranean behind him, golden hour light. He took her hands, told her what she meant to him, knelt. She said yes before he finished asking. The photographer captured her reaction, the embrace, the moment.
Champagne appeared. They toasted as the sun dropped. Photo session continued through the hotel gardens, different vantage points along the coastline. Violinist played through sunset.
Dinner that evening. Two Michelin star restaurant, terrace overlooking the Riviera. Provençal cuisine, wine pairings. Three hours, no rush.
Morning departure after breakfast on their private terrace.of their love story.

LOGISTICS
We handled:
• Private driver for Nice to Èze transfers
• Hotel coordination for garden pavilion access, spa timing, restaurant reservation
• Vendor synchronization: photographer, violinist, florist, champagne service timed to proposal
• Communication protocol: Jax had direct line throughout, Suzanne unaware until after
• Sunset timing calculated for optimal light and backdrop
THE OUTCOME
Complete surprise. The spa timing gave us the setup window we needed. Sunset hit at the right moment. Photographer got the reactions because she wasn’t expecting any of it.
“Absolutely beautiful. Everything was better than I could ever imagine. With your help it was a fairy tale. Thank you.”
